Hello, my name is Latrell Pruett. I am a 9 year boy with autism. This page was created as a way to help fund my cure.

I use the term "cure" lightly...although there is no cure for Autism, there are many interventions that can increase my progress of speech and language and increase my chances for a "neuro-typical" life.

Although I may seem like a typical child at first glance, my Autism creates a barrier to which I am unable to understand and demonstrate social norms. I find it very difficult to communicate with other people. I do enjoy social situations. I constantly participate in many sports through the YMCA and I have currently found a passion in singing. My parents have been a huge part of my progress - I was unable to speak until I was 5 years old. My mom and dad have spent a large amount of time and money on different treatments that have helped me to get where I am today.

HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy) is a treatment that has had a possitive effect on many autistic children.
This therapy is expensive. I am reaching out to those who can provide a little bit of assistance to help me recieve this therapy.
